Thank you LORD
for washing your disciples feet,
for showing us how to live,
how to love others
and how to serve God.
Your obedience was found
in your prayer life,
in your seeking God's will
above your own;
such submission took
you like a lamb to the cross!
We live because you won
the victory over sin and death,
your love opens the narrow way
for us to follow in your steps.
You have called us 'Friends',
what a priviledge today!
Have you searched for it everywhere as you retrace your steps?
"...Or what woman, having ten silver coins, if she loses one coin, does not light a lamp, sweep the house, and search carefully until she finds it?"
"And when she finds it, she will call in her friends and neighbors and say, 'Rejoice with me because I have found my lost coin."
"In the same way, there is joy in the presence of God's angels over one sinner who repents."
Luke 15:8-10
This parable shows how much God loves us. We are very valuable to Him!
Once we were lost but now we are found by our Heavenly Father.
